When I was a young buck, I worked at Burger King. Here is how the oil rotation went. You had four vats of oil that you cooked fries in. And boy did you cook fries. Tons of them. After about 2 days worth, the oil got too dark for fries. So we switched it over to the ones for chicken. Since it was darker, it was ok. Then that goes on for a week. After a week of massive frying. The oil is black as motor oil. At that point, it's switched to the Fish Filet vat. That's the only thing you cook in that vat.

7 layered tea from Bangladesh

I was amazed when I saw this video showing a 7 layered tea created by a Bangladesh tea maker.

7 Layer Tea

I did some googling and found to my astonishment that the 7 layer tea is created on the principle of density variation between different tea varieties. A Bangladeshi tea maker has perfected the art of creating 7 different layers of tea and charges one USD for the same. A normal tea is charged at 7 US cents. What is more interesting is that each of the layers impart a different flavor to the taste buds.

Now the same person is trying to come up with a 10 layer tea. I think I will wait for that before I take a trip to Bangladesh.
